My name is Mariela, and I will be your teacher here.
I'm always looking UP ⬆️.
I come from Cuba. My ancestors were from three different worlds:
the Caribbean, Africa, & Spain.

I grew up without religion, which threw me on a road of philosophical inquiry, trying to find ways to stop human suffering and connect with that something larger.

Astrologically, I'm a Capricorn Sun (a wise goat on top of the mountain.)
And that's why I teach about Ascension ⬆️.
I've been a seeker, a relentless climber, all my life.

I have evidence 👇🤭

In Human Design, I'm a 5/1 (meaning, I am a Pattern-Disruptor / Investigator.)
I'm also a Manifesting Generator, and I live for The Deliciousness of Life (the Sacral Center) and for Creative Expression (my throat).

My Life's Work is to support humanity on the Journey of Ascension.
On whose authority?
On the authority of my Sun & my Mercury (both in Capricorn | Gate 54.5)

I would love to support you find that on your chart (your life's work) if you stick around this school long enough. For now, I'm just introducing myself.

I am a student of Thoth (Mercury, Hermes, The Magician...)
My favorite term for him is actually The Master Reality Creator.
I also just call him Mercury.
Why is he my teacher? Because on the afternoon I was born (in Cuba) Mercury and the Sun were making an important conjunction, called a CAZIMI.
Here we go by the Hermetic perspective that "as it is above, so is below."
Meaning, that that planetary conjunction did an imprinting in my Psyche and so the Light-House that is my body has that particular light 💡⬆️ (the light of ascension) for which I'm honored and grateful.
So, I share that light with the collective (as much as I can) via this school.
And this school answers one simple question:
How can we ASCEND ⬆️ (meaning, how we can we come out of survival (3D) and climb to the 5D (Spiritual Plane) where support from Spirit is available to us?

I will share as much as I can, for free.
And I will be teaching along the way the importance of RECIPROCITY (as we change the toxic financial system in place.) My hope is that you will find VALUE in this school/site, and that you will choose to give something back, whether is a testimonial, a shout out, financial support, booking a private session, etc.

I openly receive 🤲🏼 your generosity, as I share generously from here to benefit the collective.

Okay, a bit more about me.

I gave you my ancestral background and my energetic (astrological) credentials, and now I'll share with you what The Colonizers Matrix gave me, if that matters to you.
I completed two master degrees (which nearly killed me and bankrupted me) but I did finish them. The first was in Writing and Literature from Bennington College in Vermont, and the other was in Divinity, from Meadville Lombard Theological School in Chicago.

After that, I spent seven years studying Somatics (the nervous system) and Energetics (Human Design, Reiki, Qigong, etc.)

I go by Rev Mariela because I was a minister a long time ago, a Religious Naturalist minister within the Unitarian Universalist denomination (very open and inclusive.) But I have been on my own, disliking institutions for five years now. I keep Rev Mariela as in Reverent and Revolutionary. Also, because for legal reasons (LLC stuff.)

But I'm more of a rebel teacher than anything else. I'm a pattern disruptor, remember (that's the line 5.)

Anyhow, what else...

Oh YES!
I am a Free Sovereign Being. I'm VERY attached to my Aries and Sagittarius parts. They are both FIRE and must have freedom to create and explore on our own terms. So, I'm going to run this school mainly on GENEROSITY (as much as I can at first) but I hold the right to charge for certain tiers and make changes as needed for the entire system.
Sacral beings such as I must do everything because of DEVOTION (never out obligation because that's part of the old patriarchal paradigm.

My hope is for you to find here ways for you to give generously to the collective, too, from a place of devotion, too.

But first, we need to get you FULL of your own LIGHT.

That's mainly what we are creating here, a community of:
